Shipping Policy

We are working hard to get your items to you as soon as possible. However, deliveries are taking longer than normal at this time. We aim to ship items out within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. We appreciate your understanding during these unprecedented times and if you have further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to use our live chat service. Thank you for your patience.

Delivery Charges

 

 

 

We offer free shipping on all orders over £40. If your order is less than £40 then shipping will be charged at a flat rate of £3.95. Please expect to receive your parcel within 3-5 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

 If you are not satisfied with the products that you have received you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you a refund or an exchange, provided that the products are returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Please take extra care to read the Product Care Guide which comes with each candle, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged.

Should your purchase arrive damaged, please contact us at xaynabhome@gmail.com including a description of the damage and photographic evidence, within 7 days of arrival. The products and packaging must be returned in an unused condition. Any product and packaging that is returned in a used condition will not be deemed faulty/damaged. If the product is returned in an unused condition we will happily replace the product or offer a full refund (minus shipping costs).

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email us at xaynabhome@gmail.com with your name, order number, and details of the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  2. We will aim to respond to your request within 24hrs, and provide return address details.

  3. Safely package the products you'd like to return/exchange and send back to us using a reputable UK parcel delivery service.  Customer bears return delivery cost.
